SEC FootballPrevious Week Overview: Florida took a big step in the SEC East and national title picture with a convincing win over struggling and highly overrated Tennessee 16-7. The Tennessee offense can now be said to be a huge early season disappointment with this effort coming off of the equally poor one against UAB.

In the surprise of the year, 3-0 Vanderbilt continued its winning ways with a 31-23 win over Mississippi. The Rebels made a comeback bringing it to 24-23 late but again Vandy finished strong and scored a clinching touchdown.
